St. Louis, MO - Lisa Dattilo is the first to bring Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching to the St. Louis area.  As a distance cyclist and spinning instructor, she suffered from extremely tight muscles in her arms and back, which lead to hand palsy.  In the early months of 2008, she was introduced to Ki-Hara  which alleviated her back and arm issues.  Lisa learned first hand about the therapeutic aspect of this system when she broke her radius and scaphoid while participating in the AidsLifeCycle in the summer of 2008.  Traditional physical therapy was not enough.  Through the Ki-Hara method, she recovered with full range of motion and strength through every finger.  It removed scar tissue, increasing circulation and released pressure from the broken bones.  She has since become certified in what she believes is the foundational element in all core stability... being able to completely contract the muscle as well as stretching the muscle, giving you the ability to become stronger and more efficient.

Lisa currently works as a lab coordinator and technician in the Department of Ophthalmology at Washington University School of Medicine and has been a spinning instructor for 10 years in the greater St. Louis area.  She received her training in Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching from Anne Tierney, Steve Sierra and Carrie Collins.  Lisa specializes in injury prevention and recovery for athletes, but sees clients of all ages and abilities.  Lisa is spreading the word about the benefits of Ki-Hara throughout the Midwest through classes, workshops and private stretching sessions.  She is located at Sante Health and Wellness Center at the Chase Park Plaza.

London - Martin Jurco was born in Slovakia and currently lives in London, UK.  Martin began training as a competitive swimmer at  age five in Slovakia where he rose to the National level.  He was introduced to Ki-Hara while training with the Coral Springs Swim Club under world renown coach, Michael Lohberg.  Martin received his training from Anne Tierney, Steve Sierra and Carrie Collins.  He has worked with Olympic Athletes, attended and assisted in workshops and certification trainings in Florida, Chicago and London.  He also shares his experience with world class triathletes, elite professional athletes, runners, high school athletes and sport novices as well as people who need to feel great about themselves.  Martin lives true to the motto:  "Be the best you can be."
