Solar Plexus Guided Meditation with Carrie Collins

This meditation focuses on expanding the solar plexus.  To enhance the experience, I’ve recorded a guided meditation.  

Consciously relax each part of your body during this meditation.  Start at your toes and work all the way up to the top of your head. 

Feel the energy move down your spine from base of the skull to the solar plexus (in your abdomen) and back up to your skull. Visualize your solar plexus as it radiates light through your entire body. 

When you can make that connection, connect to the energy outside your body. This is done by imagining a cord running from the back of your abdomen out of your belly button and connecting to the universal energy - just like a fetus connects with its mother’s energy in the womb. 

Connecting with your solar plexus can be a wonderful and relaxing experience. It's not uncommon to fall asleep.  In fact many people use this recording before bed to help them fall asleep If you do fall asleep, it means your subconscious wants you to rest more than it wants you to meditate!
