Beginning Ki-Hara Workshop in New York, NY with Chuck Roland

In a 3 hour workshop, we cover the principles of Ki-Hara and thoroughly cover form and function for the beginning series of self-stretches. Some mashing and assisted stretching techniques will be added throughout class. Workshops are geared towards learning the stretches and methods so that you can do them at home with an understanding of why and how the Ki-Hara System works. This is a great introduction to Certification. (NASM .3 Credits)
