In the Life Renovations course series; you will awaken your unique purpose through facilitated transformation for the body, mind and spirit. Life Renovations in its entirely, encompasses 24 weeks of change with a lesson, guided journaling, meditation, physical challenges and dietary changes. In practical and easy-to-understand anecdotes, Carrie explains the universal laws based upon the self-help classic, The Master Key System by Charles Haneel. Each lesson builds on the last, teaching you to use the power of your mind to create the existence that you earnestly desire. You will be challenged to answer a series of guided journaling questions to facilitate the discovery and pursuit of your life’s purpose. Each chapter contains a guided meditation teaching you to find comfort in silence, learn to visualize effectively as well as how to concentrate on your ultimate goals with purposeful focus.   Carrie will inspire you to get moving with the innovative method called Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching. Finally, you'll learn how to create a sustainable healthy way of eating for life.
Life Renovations is a six month course which includes 24 weekly e-mails containing 45-60 minute pre-recorded videos and assignments to complete for each week.

During this course, you will learn that the gift you bring to the world is bigger than a job, a family, or material goods. You'll learn that by turning thoughts into action, you are able to make positive and lasting change in the world. Happiness and healthiness is only an effect that comes from finding a creative and constructive purpose in life.
Carrie Collins grew up in a world where obesity and complacency were viewed as normal and ambition was considered alien. She spent years of training as a classical pianist learning that the only way to reach your goals was through focus, silence and years of dedicated practice. Ten years as a professional pianist came to a halt when she developed a rotator cuff injury. In the successful attempt to heal herself, she transitioned to work as a Ki-Hara Stretching trainer and teacher trainer. Her experiences as a music teacher, performer and body-worker combined to form her ultimate philosophy as written in Life Renovations. Through her work, Carrie has taught in ten states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, England and Mexico. Her work with Life Renovations includes classes, retreats and online seminars.
