Small Group Classes

New Stretch Chi Small Group Classes

Stretch Chi Small Group classes are all 90 minutes with a common focus of Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching.  There is a class for all abilities and fitness needs.  Classes are limited to 3-4 people and can be tailored to fit your specific needs.

Individual class: $35

Package Rate: $300/ten classes (can be used on all small group classes regardless of date or teacher and can be shared by friends/family members).

Stretch Chi Recovery with Carrie

Wednesdays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Sign Up 

1 hour of Ki Hara stretching. We will gently work through Ki-Hara Self Stretches for arms, legs or whatever is ailing you.

30 minutes of group mashing - a recovery technique that will make you throw away your foam roller.

This 90 minute session is perfect for those who need a little extra motivation to stretch during the week, a little extra guidance, or just need some time to recover from their training practices or everyday life. 

You'll leave feeling refreshed and revived.

Stretch Chi Total Fitness with Peter

Thursday 6:30 pm - 8 pm - Sign Up

45 minutes of Ki-Hara stretching.  We’ll hit both arms and legs with Ki-Hara self stretches as well as building strength through dynamic and isometric exercises. 

45 mintes of Classical Pilates Mat.  The reps per exercise are low.  Quality beats quantity. We’ll explore variations (Magic Circle, Foam Rollers) as your core fitness improves.

These two routines compliment themselves in the best way and challenge you to perform for 90 minutes.   Great for any performer, especially those whose time is precious for job or competitive training reasons.

Stretch Chi Yoga Fusion with Kristin

Saturday 1 pm - 2:30 pm - Sign up

30 minutes of Ki-Hara stretching.  We will work through self-stretches that will warm up and activate the muscles of the arms and legs.

60 minute yoga practice. This practice is a mixture of pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga poses), and strong core work.  This is an intense practice appropriate for ALL experience levels.

Stretch Chi Yoga Fusion is great for those who feel like they'll never be able to do yoga.  Ki-Hara self-stretches will help properly balance the muscles for yoga practice while yoga will challenge you to break through your personal limitations.  You'll be shocked at what you can accomplish when the two modalities are combined.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
